Landscape Chinese Scroll Painting – Silk Wall Art – Blue Green Autumn Trees

This Blue Green Autumn Trees scroll turns an ordinary hallway into a small gallery. The mood it sets is one of unhurried ease. It has the stillness of a held breath. There is depth here that reveals itself gradually.

Mineral pigments keep the colors gentle and lightfast on the silk surface. The mountains are comfortably placed in the frame, never squeezed. Soft edges around the river keep the whole image tender. The artist lets the pavilion fade softly at the edges. The mountains has long been read as a symbol of steadfast strength.

As Chinese painting for a bedroom wall, it flatters any room lucky enough to host it. For Chinese painting for a bedroom wall, it is as fitting as good tea on a quiet afternoon. In a word, this Blue Green Autumn Trees scroll is a keeper. The piece feels right in both bright and dimly lit rooms.
